Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all hair extensions, wigs, closures, and bundles are non-refundable and non-returnable once worn, installed, altered, washed, or removed from their original packaging.
Returns will only be accepted if:
• The incorrect item was received.
• The product arrives damaged.
• The product remains unused and in its original packaging.
Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Siphes Beauty Boutique reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving a refund or exchange.
